This is a simple portfolio website. We keep things minimal.

1. What we collect: Only what you voluntarily send via the contact form: - Name - Company & job title (optional) - Email - phone (optional) – Preferred contact method

2. How we use it: Solely to reply to your inquiry. Nothing else.

3. Cookies & tracking: We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising, or any third-party trackers. The only automatic data is basic server logs (IP address, timestamp) kept by Wix for security — we don’t access or use them.

4. Sharing & selling: We never sell, rent, or share your information with anyone. The only exception: if we’re legally forced to (e.g., court order).

5. How long we keep it: We delete your message and details after we’ve replied (usually within a few weeks). If you become a client, we keep what’s needed for the project and taxes.

6. Your rights: You can ask to see, correct, or delete anything we have about you at any time — just email john@kooncedesign.com. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals and all legal requests.
